Jerusalem – on the 9^th of June, 25 teachers graduated the advanced course of the teachers’ on-the-job training program for 2008-09. 

The training focused on developing the teacher’s skills and providing them with knowledge related directly to their work with children at the kindergarten aiming at improving their performance and developing their capacities.
  

The graduation project focused on the role of the teachers in dealing with the child (such as personal hygiene of the child, the Arabic language, benefits of vegetables and fruits, dealing with crisis situation, the manifestations of the winter season, the English language in the kindergarten).

In the framework of cultural interaction, our program interacted with the activities of the program of Jerusalem as the capital of the Arab culture for 2009.

 
The teachers produced seven projects during the course period which were completed and planned in cooperation with their supervisor in team work.
